This policy explains what information Cubbie Club collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it as plain as we can.
Cubbie Club ("Cubbie Club," "we," "us") operates a website that helps parents, grandparents, and caregivers discover welcome offers from third-party kids' and baby brands. This policy applies to our website and related services.
Account information — when you create an account we collect your first name, email address, and a password (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google.
Referral information — if you arrive through a creator's link or enter a referral code, we record which creator referred you so we can credit them.
Activity — the offers you view and redeem, and outbound clicks to partner sites, so we can deliver rewards and measure what's useful.
Automatically collected — like most websites, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information to keep the service running and secure.
We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a referral cookie (kept for up to 30 days) to attribute your visit to the creator who sent you. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
To create and manage your account; to deliver the rewards you redeem and email you a copy; to attribute referrals and calculate creator payouts; to send you service-related messages; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to understand and improve the service.
When you click through to a partner, we may attach an anonymous tracking identifier to the link so that, if you make a purchase, the partner's affiliate network can report the sale back to us. We pass an anonymous identifier — not your name or email — to partners for this purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, including our authentication and database provider, our hosting provider, our payments provider (for creator and partner payments), and our email provider. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You can access, correct, or delete your account information, and you may request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing privacy@thecubbieclub.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
Cubbie Club is intended for adults (parents, grandparents, and caregivers) aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be made clear on this page.
